This is a pretty gold tone powder compact with a photo compartment on top from the Zell Company. It comes with the original box, this looks like it has never been used. There is no powder in the case. Someone has put a small Rotary International insignia on this, it wasn’t original with the piece and can probably be removed if need be. Please see photos for condition.
